TELEHEALTH CONSULTATIONS
We are very happy to provide telehealth as an appointment option, for you or your child. Whilst centre visits, home visits and phone consultation remain available, we understand that some families may prefer a telehealth appointment.
How Telehealth consultations work:
A Google Meet link will be sent to client prior to the scheduled appointment time. You will therefore need your device connected to the internet and a quiet space for consultation to take place.
You will receive a phone call from our reception for consult payment to be processed prior to, or just after your consultation.
This option has proven quite popular and convenient for many of our clients.
Our community and families are important to us and we are dedicated to our ongoing support of your health journey. Maintaining your health under times of disruption and increased stress is essential, and if attending a session face to face is not possible, then a telehealth consultation may be a useful alternative.
How to make a Telehealth appointment
To access our services, you can choose to either have a phone or video consultation.
Phone Consultation
For a phone consultation please indicate to our reception your best contact number and your practitioner will call you at the scheduled consult time.
Video Consultation
We use Google Meet as our telehealth video platform. To access this platform, we will send you an sms or email with a link that joins you to your video session. Simply click this link and follow the steps to enter the video session. If you prefer, we can also use other platforms, that you may be more familiar with, such as Zoom, FaceTime or a video call. Please discuss these options with reception.
Reception
Our reception will remain available to you from Monday to Friday 9am – 4.30pm.
You can contact reception via phone 03 5324 2900 or email Reception@perinatalhealth.com.au
